Getting started with Zippy Voice Messages is effortless. In just three straightforward steps, you can automate your inbound call management, ensuring every customer interaction is captured, processed, and integrated seamlessly into your ZippyAssist workflow.

1. Automated Answering

Every call to your ZippyAssist number, or any forwarded calls, is automatically answered and recorded. Callers are guided through leaving a detailed message with essential information.

It also works with call-forwarding – just forward your calls to your ZippyAssist number and Zippy Voice will take the wheel.

2. Transcription & Integration

After the call, Zippy transcribes the message and extracts key details, making this information immediately available on your ZippyAssist dashboard.

An email notification is also sent to the operator’s ZippyAssist distribution list, allowing the team to immediately triage and prioritize incoming customer support requests.

3. Get Stuff Done

With this data now available in the operator’s ZippyAssist, the operator can use Zippy’s other great features. Generate a Help Request, or invite the customer to submit a Refund Request.

Zippy automatically cross-references this information to relevant customer and equipment information, making your customer and equipment data even more powerful.
